How long does it take for an order to get delivered?
We aim to deliver orders within 7 working days.

What if I am not available to receive my order?

Your order is usually shipped within 24 hours of confirmation.

Our logistics provider will contact you for delivery.

If you are unavailable during the first delivery attempt, you may suggest a preferred time for delivery.

A second attempt will be made after confirming with you.

If the order is not received after the second attempt, it will be returned to our warehouse.

The order will be cancelled, and any applicable refunds will be issued to the same bank account, card, or wallet used for payment within 7 days.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the shipment details, including the AWB number, which you can use to track your parcel.

What if I receive a damaged parcel?

If you receive a damaged parcel, DO NOT accept it, and inform us immediately at heygentleman0@gmail.com.

We ensure all parcels are securely packed and wrapped with security tape before dispatch.
